These data will not be made available to other persons and entities. Based on Article. 24 sec. 1 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended), we inform that: The administrator of personal data of Counterparties and Customers is Magam Sp. z o. o. The personal data of the Counterparties are processed in order to: – issue an invoice, bill or keep financial reporting, including records of revenues, expenses, liabilities, making accounting entries, settling payments, debt collection, – performance of civil law contracts. The personal data of the Counterparties may be made available to entities authorized under the law. Contractors have the right to access their data and correct them. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the listed purposes of data collection.
